What It’s Like to Work At Falvey

The best illustration for our company culture comes from employees themselves. In our latest survey, over 80% of employees described Falvey as a place they genuinely enjoy working at, especially because co-workers were friends. Respect, encouragement and support are values ingrained in every department and interaction at Falvey. We host biannual meetings that include social events like pop-up carnivals, escape rooms and bowling. During the summers, we grill by the beach every Friday. These opportunities to develop meaningful, and human relationships are the building blocks to the strong and united team we have today. Over 40% of our employees hold a tenure of over 10 years at the company.

In November 2008, Falvey Insurance Group moved into a new office on the coast of the Narraganset Bay in North Kingstown, RI. Operating on all 3-floors within this waterfront property, our office has an expansive lunchroom, plentiful conference rooms, a training classroom, a fitness center, and gorgeous ocean views. Plus, there are plenty of local spots for lunch including an employee favorite, “The Provisioner”, and as members of the Quonset Business Park, we have access to Blue Beach and walking trails great for lunchtime or after-hours walks. Our location is 21 miles to Providence, 17 miles to Newport, and 1.5 miles to North Kingstown Golf Course.

Without our employees’ dedication and passion for their work, we would not be able to achieve our company’s mission. Claims, Loss Prevention, and Recoveries

Claims, Loss, Prevention, and Recoveries is the operational, customer-facing branch of Falvey Insurance Group, interacting with policyholders directly for claims, loss prevention, and recovery. The team supports our internal underwriters and provides resources to all departments within Falvey. When underwriters, brokers, and assureds have questions about policy terminology and coverage, the Claims, Loss Prevention, and Recoveries department has the legal expertise to advise them.
